    Place your 25% deposit online to secure your Quarter, Half, or Whole Cow. Each order follows a standard cut sheet that’s already designed for balanced portions — premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Before delivery, we’ll share the cut sheet so you know exactly what’s coming. The all-inclusive price covers your beef, delivery, and taxes.

  • Step 2: Delivery Made Simple

    On delivery day, we take care of everything for you. If this is your first order, we’ll bring a brand-new freezer, set it up in your home, and stock it full of your Wagyu beef. Every package is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and organized for easy meal planning. From weeknight dinners to weekend grilling, your freezer will be stocked and ready.

  • Step 3: Restock Anytime

    When your supply runs low, ordering again is just as simple. Place your next reservation and we’ll refill the same freezer with another share — no need to start over. This makes it easy to keep your family stocked with premium beef year-round, without the hassle of frequent grocery trips.

What kind of beef will I receive?

All of our beef comes from Akaushi Wagyu cattle — grass-fed, hominy-finished, and raised with care for exceptional flavor, marbling, and tenderness.

How much freezer space will I need?

We provide a freezer with your first order, perfectly sized to fit your Quarter, Half, or Whole cow share. You don’t have to worry about storage — we handle it.

How long does it take to receive my beef after placing a deposit?

Processing times vary, but most orders are delivered on average within 3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when it’s time to review your cut sheet.

Do I get to choose my cuts?

Yes. After your deposit, we’ll walk you through a custom cut sheet so you can decide how much ground beef, steaks, roasts, and specialty cuts you’d like.

How does delivery work?

On your first order, we deliver a brand-new freezer, plug it in, and stock it full of beef. On future orders, we restock that same freezer so you’re never without premium beef.
