Bulldog Meat Company Terms of Service and Return Policy
At Bulldog Meat Company, we ensure quality and safety of our products. Due to our
products being perishable in nature, all our sales are final. We will not accept returns.
Quality Commitment:
We ensure that all meat and perishable products are handled, stored, and delivered following strict USDA guidelines to maintain quality and safety. Products are stored in cold/freezer storage until delivery.
Customer Responsibility:
Once products are delivered or picked up, it is the customer’s responsibility to
properly store and handle the items to maintain freshness and safety. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, notify us immediately upon delivery or pickup. The customer will sign off on the delivery to show 100% satisfaction with the order.
Refunds for Errors:
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any issues caused by errors on our part. If you receive the wrong item or if a product is damaged during delivery, please contact us ASAP no longer than 6 hours after delivery. We will assess the situation at that time and make a determination with the customer to complete satisfaction.
No Liability for Customer Storage:
Bulldog Meat Company is not responsible for any product quality concerns arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation by the customer.
Shipping and Delivery:
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered in optimal condition. If there
are any delays or issues during shipping that impact product quality, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the situation.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellations for online orders must be made within 6 hours of placing the order and will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Once the order is processed, cancellations are not permitted.
