The Family Cow Share (25% Deposit)

A bigger share for a well-stocked freezer.

This is the one for the family. You get 125+ pounds of Bulldog American Wagyu, with steaks, roasts, ribs, specialty cuts, and 40 pounds of hamburger. A chest freezer is included with this share, unless you already have the space and would rather opt out.

Here's what's in it:

• 6 Ribeyes or 3 Tomahawks
• 6 Filets
• 6 NY Strips
• 4 Sirloins
• 4 Denver Steaks and/or Chuck Eyes
• 4 Skirt Steaks
• 2 Flat Irons
• 1 Dino Rib
• 1 Short Rib
• 1 Brisket
• 2 Oxtail / Soup Bones
• Stew Meat
• Steak Bites
• 40 lb. Hamburger

For the hamburger, we pack it half in 1-lb rolls and half in our 2-lb packs with four ½-lb patties. Need a different mix? We can adjust it up to 70/30 to fit what works best for you.
